Syngenta Ghent Innovation Center: Open Evening

Syngenta is proud to sponsor the Novel Agricultural Technologies session at IUPAC 2019.
To continue the discussions on novel technologies and their contribution to sustainable agriculture, we are delighted to invite delegates to join us at our Ghent Innovation Center on the evening of Tuesday May 21. Ghent Innovation Center is Syngenta’s center of excellence for RNA-based biocontrols, an exciting development in crop protection.
The evening event will include:
- a tour of the laboratories and engagement with our scientists, focusing on our research in RNA-based biocontrols,
- a showcase of Syngenta’s broader work in biological crop protection and sustainable solutions,
- a convivial atmosphere, with food and drink provided.
This will be an interactive session. As well as sharing our science, we want to hear your thoughts and insights on these technology approaches.
Buses will be provided from key points in Ghent. Further information on timings and transportation will be provided once you are registered for the event.
Please note: the event will have limited capacity of 100 people. If you are interested in visiting the Ghent Innovation Centre on the evening of Tuesday, May 21, please register your interest by adding this option in your IUPAC registration by March 29.
